Mosby is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mahogany Elite Consulting, LLC, bringing decades of legal, political, and leadership experience to serve a diverse range of clients, including government agencies, nonprofits, corporations, and media projects. Known nationally as a bold and visionary leader, she made history as the youngest Chief Prosecutor of any major American city when elected as the 25th State’s Attorney for Baltimore City at just 34.
A trailblazer in law and justice, Marilyn managed hundreds of thousands of criminal cases in one of the nation’s most challenging jurisdictions and transformed her office into a national model for progressive criminal justice reform. She is recognized for her fearless pursuit of police accountability, groundbreaking drug policy reforms, and unwavering commitment to dismantling systemic inequities.
